Most Chinese students live in the dormitory building on campus, not in rented apartments outside the campus. The dormitories are grouped as boys'dorm and girls'dorm; some dorms contain 3 beds, some 4, and some 5. There are supervisors in every dorm building to ensure security and sanitary conditions. Every dorm is often rated for its sanitary conditions.
