I have the same problem! I bought the software for 650 Yuan in the bookshop of Shanghai airport!

I don't know what to do. Please e-mail coutet@hotmail.com if you know the answer. I get no reply from the e-mail address provided. I get no reply from the support box on the ultimate chinese web site. I'm going to try the phone number tomorrow. This is terrible, ripped off by reputable bookshop!

All also purchased same software in Shanghai airport amd had same problem. Fortunately I tried before I left AP. Lesson learned - like all things in China - check the product before you leave to ensure it works. Great product but person selling should have been clearer on the registration process,

if your serial number is invalid, please mail to: service@ultimatechinese.com.

or you can skip serial number step, and you can install the lessons to your have register username. and you can use your username login.

hi, I also purchased LanguageX Follow Me, but the only lesson I got installed is UC Sample Lesson 1. At the bookstore they told me it would come with 30 lessons... now it seems I have to purchase these lessons from the website! Is this correct? I also have not received a reply from service@ultimatechinese.com. Please advice me what to do.
