  Title:  Something Useful of Past Tense in Chinese

The past tense in Chinese sentence is to use  "了" followed by a verb that is much similar like ~ed at the end of a verb in English. For example,

I went shopping.

我(wǒ)我(wǒ)去(qù)购(gòu)物(wù)了(le)。

Here去and 购物are both verbs.But we consider 购物as a main one.
