Title:  Difficulty downloading purchases - PLEASE HELP!

Hello,
 
I bought the program in Shanghai a few weeks ago, and I'm really enjoying using the UC software. I want to buy lots more lessons, however I'm having difficulty downloading the free software.
 
When I try to download software using IE8, I cannot click the UNP UC button, and get this message when I hover over the button, "You must login first, then use IE to download this content!" - but I am logged in and using IE8!
 
If I use the browser from UC Companion, I can click the download button, but receive the following LanguageX/SeeMing pop-up message: "No Find Direct".
 
Can you please assist? I am very eager to purchase lessons, but this problem makes it difficult!

    My friend has sent me the books follow me with MP3 and Software CD. I downloaded the software and MP3. I got only lesson 2, but another lesson i can't open. It always refer buy and download.

    I have also bought the language program but are unable to use it , i have bought the pinyin  prodictionary but are not able to access it. I am running windows  7 pro .Please help me .
