I ordered a registration key for Easy PinYin on Tuesday, July 20 and paid via my paypal account. Paypal sent the confirmation at 13:44
According to the promise of the webpage, I expected get the software key within 24 hours after Paypal Payment.

However, nothing happened until now.

I sent reminders Wed, July 21 08:36 and Thu, July 22 06:38 to
service@seyming.com and CC/ zhensheng.dai@seyming.com

I even let a chinese friend call the contact number of
zhensheng.dai@seyming.com / +86 861089432623 which is obviously a wrong number and also the service number of seyming.com. However, the one who took the call was not interested in the problem.

I filed a complaint at PAYPAL to get my money back, if I do not receive the registration key but no statement of seyming.com until now.

I am wondering, if this is a big chinese scam.
