本产品是以全国人大1958年2月11日批准的《汉语拼音方案》及《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》(1996 GB/T 16159-1996)为依据，参考最新的有关规范和专家们的教学研究成果，结合软件技术开发制作的一款汉语拼音学习与应用工具。

Easy Pinyin is designed according to Hanyu Pinyin System (Alphabet Phonetics System for Mandarin) approved by People’s Congress in 1958, and National Stand code 1996 GB/T 16159-1996 Basic Rules for Hanyu Pinyin Orthography. Adherence to newly published rules & codes, and with reference to professional research result, Easy Pinyin is developed to meet the demand of Pinyin teaching & learning, as well as the transformation from text to Pinyin.

本产品包括拼音基础知识介绍、声母韵母学习、拼读学习、综合练习及拼音转换等五个部分，所选用的词汇涵盖了国家汉办1992年颁布的《汉语水平词汇等级大纲》规定的全部HSK 8822个条目。

Easy Pinyin includes 5 parts: Brief introduction of Pinyin system, Initials and Finals, Combination, Exercises and Pinyin converter.  All vocabularies in this software cover the 8,822 entries of HSK vocabularies that listed by NOCFL in 1992.

本产品不仅适合学习中文的外国人学习普通话语音之用，也适合要参加HSK考试的考生学习词汇之用，也可供准备通过普通话水平测试（PSC）的国家公务员、教师、播音员、主持人等专业人士学习参考。

Easy Pinyin is not only designed for foreigners to learn Chinese phonetics, it can also be used for words study of HSK test. For civilian servants, teachers, narrators, TV and radio hosts and other professionals who are preparing for the PSC test (A national test system to test one’s skill of spoken Chinese), Easy Pinyin  is also of valuable reference to them.

软件功能：
Function brief
声母学习：  真人发音领读，学习者可根据需要，任意选取某个声母多次听读，每个声母皆配有发音说明。

Initials: All Initials read by human voice, you can freely choose any Initial to repeat, with pronouncing tips for each and every Initial.

韵母学习： 真人发音领读，学习者可根据需要，任意选取某个韵母多次听读，每个韵母皆配有发音说明。

Finals: All Finals read by human voice, you can freely choose any Final to repeat, with pronouncing tips for each and every Final.

拼读学习：  列出由声母与韵母拼读出的普通话401个汉语音节。在每一音节的五声下给出了HSK词库中的对应词汇，每个词汇皆配有英文释义，对多音字给出特别注明。

Combination: All 401 syllables of Chinese Putonghua pronunciations are listed with 5 tones and their HSK vocabularies, words and phrase explained in English. A reminding window is provided for polyphone words in HSK vocabularies. 

综合练习：含有辩声母、辩韵母、辩四声的练习，以及各声调组合的双音节词组练习，所选词组以HSK的词汇为主。另配有从词汇到短句、短文的阶梯朗读练习。

 Exercises: Following the narrator, you can practice to discriminate Initials, Finals, and Tones. For 2-Syllable phrases, you can do drill exercise for different combinations, phrases are selected from HSK list. From phrases to sentence and then to paragraph, step by step to obtain reading skill.

拼音转换： 有六万余条词库作支持，可将汉字成段转化成纯拼音或汉字加注拼音，自动标注多音字，机器发音引擎可对文本朗读，进行拼音校对。

Pinyin Converter: With 60,000 entries in data base, the converter can easily convert Chinese text into Pinyin. Tow solutions are provided: convert to pure Pinyin layout, or add Pinyin over each character and phrase.  All Polyphones are automatically reminded and offer all possible choices. The read engine is attached to read the text for final control.
